Mannheim Regional Court of Germany has ordered
Motorola to stop selling its Moto G and Moto X
Gadgets in Germany. The court has ordered such decision because Motorola was infringing on Antenna Patents as according to LPKF firm Law which was illegal and use was banned though the company would have sold many of them before the order was enforced .

Germany Company LPKF laser and Electronics had the patents which Motorola was infringing . The Moto X and Moto G are banned as they were using Antenna on Curved Plastic Design for Wireless radios . The Court of Germany has ordered the Motorola Deutschland to bring back all the phones that were sold and also to pay compensation to the LPKF Firm .
Safety Measure in Court by Motorola
Seeing the Situation Motorola has taken a security step by appealing the case in High Court so that they don't suffer from heavy loss as products might have been sold in the region .
